Comprehensive modelling of transformative pathways for European industrial decarbonization and circularity – Workshop Highlights
The AMIGDALA project held a workshop on Decarbonization and Circularity, where it presented its approach to supporting decision-making through integrated modelling last 14 March 2025, at Silversquare Europe in Bruxelles, Belgium. The consortium shared initial ideas on aligning the model with real-world decision processes and showcased a proof-of-concept version of the model. The workshop facilitated discussions on stakeholder expectations, the need for relevant insights, and guidance on key elements such as indicators, scenarios, and user interfaces. AMIGDALA also introduced plans to build a Community of Practice to engage stakeholders and future users of the model. The event featured expert contributions from project partners including TNO, VITO, GreenDecision, Deloitte, and DECHEMA.
